Breakdown of Vacant Staging:

• Initial Consultation- Pictures, diagrams, measurements will be taken as well as  planning of furniture.

•  We offer different packages for renting of furniture.  Please contact us to review the which rooms you would like staged. 

• Our contract is for 30 days.  

• We suggest keeping the home staged through inspections and walk throughs.

• De-Staging: Once the home is sold and contingencies are removed, you can schedule Sweet Home Staging & More to de-stage the property.
